Improvement of process quality in paper and binding processing
paper is the main material of books and periodicals. Without paper, there is no way to talk about the binding of books and periodicals. The quality of paper reflects the grade of books and periodicals. Books and periodicals with good paper and high grade have high use and preservation value, and the grade of books and periodicals with poor paper will be reduced accordingly. Different papers have different methods in binding processing
there are many kinds of paper that bookbinding contacts. Some operators are different from the thickness in the experiment. The paper weight of the commonly used book block (or this core) is 40g/㎡ to 90g/㎡, and the process methods are different as follows:
① when the paper weight is about 40g/㎡, the bookbinding processing generally does not use the automatic platform pneumatic paper feeding type, fence type and high-speed folding machine folding, but uses the ring wrapped paper feeding and knife folding machine folding, Because 40g/㎡ paper is thin and soft, it is not suitable for rapid folding. Most of the folds are folds. The folds are small and the book is thin and soft, which is unfavorable for the next process
when sewing with the sewing machine, the cross lock is generally used. The cross lock line is twice as small as the flat lock, which can ensure the high resolution of the experimental force to reduce the height of the back of the book and make the books and periodicals flat after processing
② paper of about 50g/㎡ is generally letterpress paper. This kind of quantitative paper has the most contact with bookbinding processing and is relatively easy to process. Compared with other papers, this kind of paper is neither soft nor hard after being pasted. Any kind of binding equipment can be used, and the process processing is not subject to any restrictions. In hardcover, its book block can be processed for various shapes
③ paper above 70g/㎡ is generally offset and coated paper. These two kinds of paper belong to high-grade paper, which has large quantity, large thickness, smoothness, easy dislocation and difficult binding. In recent years, due to the increasing number of high-end books and periodicals, a large number of copper plate and offset paper with large quantity are used, and the weight of a book is often more than twice that of a relief paper with the same thickness, which objectively increases the labor intensity of binding workers
because this kind of paper is very crisp, it is very suitable to fold by machine, but the number of folds should not be too many. At most, only three folds can be folded, and the effect of two folds is the best (you can reduce the matching number and the number of bookings and connections by using cover stickers). If the number of folds is too many, the book stickers are easy to wrinkle unevenly or the error is too large, resulting in irregular books and periodicals, In hardcover processing, it is not easy to make the shape of the back of the book (the round back is easy to be trapezoidal, and the spine is easy to be smashed, which is easy to be upgraded all his life. Protecting the 21st century is a changeable and colorful period, wrinkled and broken). The binder used for binding such books and periodicals should be appropriate, which should not only avoid glue leakage, but also pay attention to firm bonding
the thickness of books and periodicals bound with this material is basically the same, and the error is small. As long as the process is reasonable, it will not cause other quality problems due to uneven thickness
