<3> add about 80 liters of 2# main shaft oil from the oil filler of the pump station to about half of the oil standard. When refueling, be sure to filter with three layers of silk cloth. Note: it must be 2# main shaft oil, and cannot be replaced by others

<4> connect the pump station motor to the main switch of the machine tool, that is, as soon as the main switch of the machine tool is turned on, the pump station motor will work. Check whether the pump avoids the common stress cracking problem in polycarbonate processing and whether the station motor rotates clockwise. Insert the high-pressure oil inlet hose into the oil filler, and the pump station will work for 15~20 minutes. The oil circuit will circulate automatically to ensure that the oil outlet of the pump station is clean

5) connect the pressure relay on the pump station to the control circuit of the grinding head motor, that is, when the oil supply pressure of the pump station is> 15kg, the grinding head motor can start to work; When the pump station pressure is less than 15kg, the grinding head motor cannot be started. The purpose of this is to protect the dynamic and static grinding heads from damage during normal use

<6> connect the high-pressure oil inlet hose on the pump station to the oil inlet connector on the grinding head. Note: this process is extremely important. Be careful and don't enter the stolen goods when connecting the joint. Because at this time, if you enter the stolen goods, you can't come out. This will affect the normal work of the dynamic and static grinding head, and even hold the shaft

<7> connect both ends of the oil return pipe to the grinding head and the oil return pipe nozzle of the pump station respectively

<8> turn on the main switch of the machine tool, the pump station works, and adjust the pressure of the pump station to 2.0MPa ∽ 2.5MPa through the overflow valve

<9> observe the pressure gauge on the grinding head, and the grinding head is under static pressure at this time. The static pressure should be:

8 MPa ∽ 12 MPa. Gently rotate the spindle by hand, without any friction feeling, and there is also the possibility of rotation. <10> check whether the rotation direction of the grinding head motor is the same as that of the grinding head, and check it without the belt. The steering must be correct

<11> check whether the working pressure of the pressure relay is normal. Namely, reduce the pressure of the pump station to less than 1.5MPa, and start the grinding head motor should not start. When the pressure of the pump station is adjusted back to 2.0MPa ∽ 2.5MPa, the grinding head motor should be able to start. The pressure relay has been adjusted before delivery. If the error is too large, it can be adjusted by itself

<12> when the spindle is floating under static pressure, install the pulley of the spindle, hang the belt, jog the spindle of the machine tool, and observe whether the steering meets the requirements. If the rotation direction is correct, you can start the grinding head motor and let the grinding wheel spindle run for half an hour. At this time, the pressure gauge on the grinding head should indicate between 1.6Mpa and 2.4 MPa

<13> after the grinding head operates for half an hour, stop the grinding head motor. At this time, the spindle is in the static pressure state, that is, the spindle is in the floating state of static pressure oil. Mount the statically balanced grinding wheel on the spindle. Because the rotating accuracy of the dynamic and static spindle is high, the requirements for the static balance of the grinding wheel are relatively high, so the operator must accurately balance the grinding wheel with the center of the 6 seat guard, otherwise the machining accuracy and finish will be affected

<14> start the grinding head motor, correct the grinding wheel and try to grind the workpiece

* important note: the hydraulic dynamic and static bearing should use pure main shaft oil. Do not use recycled oil. At the same time, it must be filtered by more than three layers of silk cloth
